




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Analyst, or similar role; * Proficiency in agile tools and backlog management (JIRA, Confluence, Product Discovery); * Ability to write user stories and functional documentation with clear acceptance criteria; * Analytical capability to interpret funnel data, user behavior, and A/B test results; * Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Certifications such as CSPO, Product Management, or similar are a plus; * Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, Mixpanel); * Hands-on experience with usability testing, user interviews, and prototype design; * Preferred: Experience in technology companies or SaaS environments, and work on products targeting the public sector; * Preferred: Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) products; * Advantage: Experience in Product-Led Growth; * Advantage: Experience applying AI and low-code/no-code tools in product management workflows. * Define, together with the team, the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. * Translate business and user needs into clear user stories and documentation with well-defined acceptance criteria. * Conduct technical refinement ceremonies with engineering teams. * Analyze data and build predictive models to guide product decisions. * Define and track success metrics for features and initiatives. * Prioritize and refine the backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Monitor tickets and tasks in JIRA and Movidesk. * Support product sustainability by helping prevent and resolve issues. * Communicate with departments including engineering, marketing, sales, support, and senior leadership. * Conduct A/B tests, usability tests, and user interviews. * Analyze user behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. * Create prototypes and validate product hypotheses. * Monitor conversion funnels and propose improvements. * Execute user activation and engagement initiatives. * Participate in industry events and monitor market trends. * Track legislation and regulations impacting the product. * Document learnings and record them in the company’s knowledge platforms. * Populate dashboards and performance reports. * Ensure information is updated in official tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). * Collaborate with marketing and customer relations on product announcements. * Represent the company at events, trade shows, and conferences. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; * Conduct user interviews and perform in-depth behavioral analysis (analytics); * Support solution delivery and ensure effective communication with marketing and customer relations; * Define and monitor success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Conduct competitive research and monitor relevant legislation and trends; * Prepare and lead workshops, training sessions, and webinars. 2512070202191852124
