We are seeking a **Senior Data Analyst** to work in Piracicaba-SP, in-person. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** An analyst responsible for analyzing, processing, and transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement of processes and business operations. Additional responsibilities include: * Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards; * Automating report extraction processes using database queries (SQL and Python); * Generating insights from data to support business areas; * Ensuring data quality and integrity; * Conducting analyses to identify efficiency opportunities; * Supporting improvement initiatives using data. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Ability to structure, organize, and document analytical databases and models; * Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, formulas); * Proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development); * Knowledge of ETL processes (extraction, transformation, and loading of data); * Experience in data visualization and best practices for data storytelling; * Experience in KPI- and efficiency-focused analyses; * Experience working with databases (SQL/Python). **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
