




Professional responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Management and Management teams, ensuring the efficiency of internal processes, organization of institutional routines, and high-quality service to employees, visitors, and external partners. Proactively manages agendas, meetings, travel, official communications, and administrative requests, directly contributing to smooth operations and institutional image. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Request updates to employee data registration from Corporate Human Resources and validate the information. * In-person, phone, and digital support for employees and visitors. * Management of schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Management and Management teams. * Coordination of rooms, events, and corporate travel. * Control and recording of invoices, bills, and expense allocations. * Organization of medical shifts, correspondence, and institutional documents. * Preparation of meeting minutes, official letters, and formal communications. * Support for events, projects, and volunteer initiatives.
