Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing and adjusting weaving machinery to ensure production quality and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of looms for textile production 2. Quality assurance of woven goods 3. Maintenance and organization of the workplace * Prepare machinery and install programs on looms; replace parts and perform adjustments on looms to release machines, based on verification of work orders (OPs); * Verify the OP to confirm the items to be produced; * Control quality of items during their initial sampling before releasing machines for production, in the case of repeat items; * Request machine release from the Quality Analyst for new items; * Record service execution details in appropriate forms for information logging; * Maintain machinery in optimal working condition and properly organized, requesting maintenance as needed; * Ensure loom maintenance by reporting irregularities and malfunctions, keeping looms clean and arranging repairs to guarantee operational readiness; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace, and proper maintenance of tools **Neighborhood**: Vila Itoupava \- Blumenau/SC **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 1st shift \- 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
