




Job Summary: A kitchen professional responsible for sanitation, organization, and assisting in food preparation and plating, following food safety and hygiene regulations. Food safety and product expiration date verification * Perform kitchen sanitation and organization, including washing dishes, utensils, countertops, equipment, and mopping floors; * Assist in food preparation, such as cutting, washing, weighing, and sorting ingredients; * Support plating and finalization of dishes according to established standards; * Strictly adhere to food safety and workplace hygiene regulations; * Verify product expiration dates and ensure proper food storage; * Ensure appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Assist in receiving goods, verifying quantities, quality, and delivery conditions; * Support execution of other kitchen operational tasks as required. **Neighborhood**: Itoupava Central **Working Hours**: 5:00 PM to 11:06 PM (Tuesday to Sunday) \- schedules to be arranged.
