LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed professional to assume the role of Engineering Analyst within our company.
Requirements:
* Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical, Production, Textile, or related fields)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Analytical mindset and critical thinking for problem solving
* Organizational skills and effective time management
* Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility
* Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive interpersonal relationships
* Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP)
* Preferred qualification: experience in textile processing or dyeing processes
Responsibilities:
* Place purchase requisitions for machinery, equipment, and consumable materials
* Register chemical inputs (dyeing, ETE/ETA) in the system
* Monitor chemical inventory levels and request replenishment as needed
* Conduct monthly inventories of chemicals and dyes
* Track movement of inputs between warehouse and dyeing department
* Prepare quotations and budgets for production area materials
* Control chemicals regulated by government agencies such as the Federal Police and Army
* Manage returns of obsolete or defective products
* Coordinate and organize packaging returns to suppliers (issuing invoices and scheduling pickups)
* Record service and purchase invoices in the system
* Monitor and adjust process structures when necessary
* Register recipes and graphs in the Systêxtil system
* Develop process and recipe cost spreadsheets
* Organize and maintain up-to-date technical data sheets for chemical products
* Perform daily MARFT monitoring
* Update finishing technical data sheets
