Job Summary: Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and pastries by handling ingredients and maintaining organization, following production schedules and hygiene and safety protocols. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and pastries by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized and visually appealing, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing product display according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities as per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Support product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and stocktaking; Ensure and maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
