JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, pastries, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, regulations, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, and defined targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various bakery products (aligned with the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products—following production schedules and protocols, regulations, good practices manual, hygiene and safety standards, and defined targets; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and producing forecasted quantities in accordance with production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Support product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist with related tasks as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
