JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Contribute to loss reduction by correctly organizing product displays according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Ensure and maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, as well as that of equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Assist with related tasks as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
