JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols, regulations, the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual, hygiene and safety standards, and defined performance targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to the production of various bakery products (aligned with the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products—following production schedules and protocols, regulations, the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual, hygiene and safety standards, and defined performance targets; Contribute to waste reduction by correctly organizing stock display according to the FIFO principle (First-In, First-Out) and producing forecasted quantities in accordance with production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Support product counting for inventory assessments, controls, and audits; Ensure and maintain departmental organization and cleanliness, as well as cleanliness of equipment and utensils, through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Assist with related tasks as required; REQUIREMENTS **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
