We are currently seeking a professional for the position of **Technical Services Consultant.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect data for scheduled appointments (customers, time slots, services, symptoms); * Serve customers with agility, empathy, and a focus on delighting them; * Use the Pre\-Service Order at the beginning of each customer interaction; * Prioritize: scheduled appointments, return visits, walk-ins, and legally mandated priorities; * Contact customers within 2 hours for towed vehicles; * Confirm symptoms and inform delivery timelines; * Record all information in the DMS for continuity and future follow-ups; * Coordinate with the workshop to schedule walk-in appointments; * Address customer dissatisfaction promptly and effectively; * Participate in industry-specific training sessions and events; * Safeguard the dealership’s image and the brands it represents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Currently pursuing higher education; * Valid Class B driver’s license; * Relevant work experience; * Knowledge of process management; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) – Excel; * Customer service experience. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary and market-aligned commission; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Pharmacy and drugstore discount program.
