Ensuring standardization and quality of services **Job Description:** ---------------------- Implement the intervention programs defined for each client, ensuring correct execution of procedures, accurate data recording, and proper organization of required materials. Maintain a structured environment, present records and outcomes during supervision sessions, and report observed behavioral changes, questions, or difficulties encountered during implementation. Prepare agendas when necessary and support the development and updating of work instructions and administrative controls, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and quality of services. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Pedagogy; Active professional registration; Completed postgraduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
