Manage activities using operational tools and ensure proper process documentation. Monitor KPIs, operational targets, and field service quality standards, promoting continuous improvement. Analyze projects and oversee network installations, ensuring technical compliance and performing work acceptance. Manage attendance tracking, team travel, and fuel consumption. Manage resources, material supply, and logistical support for teams. Handle incident resolution (e.g., breaks, backbone failures). Support network expansion by identifying opportunities for optimization and technological advancement. Perform duties typical of a Network Supervisor role. Position based in Imperatriz / MA.
