Job Summary: Work in production, controlling and supplying raw materials, operating machines, monitoring processes, and making adjustments to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and service quality * Work in the Production area, controlling and supplying raw materials in silos, hoppers, and feeders; performing machine shutdowns and startups; monitoring process variations, executing adjustments and calibrations; keeping machines clean and ready for use; and performing other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand the company's mission, principles, values, policies, as well as goals defined for oneself and for the department, contributing to their achievement. * Pursue continuous improvement and safeguard the quality of services and processes inherent to one's area of responsibility. * Identify and control occupational health and food safety risks associated with activities, thereby reducing the likelihood of undesirable incidents. * Know and apply procedures and work instructions relevant to one's area of responsibility. * Control and supply raw materials in silos, hoppers, and feeders. * Bagging of RPP (BMS) BAGs. * Perform identification, segregation, and weighing of waste and raw material leftovers (BMS and Recycling). * Perform machine shutdowns and startups (BMS and Recycling). * Conduct thickness transitions of films within the same family (BMS). * Operate Pull Roll, monitoring parameters to meet final product requirements. * Operate overhead cranes to move cores and MRs in BMS and warehouse. * Register MRs and complete production control spreadsheets. * Monitor process variations, performing adjustments and calibrations (using troubleshooting), aiming to maintain established specifications. * Record anomalies in the appropriate spreadsheet and immediately report them to the immediate supervisor whenever an anomaly occurs in equipment or product. * Provide product samples for quality analysis and record production. * Interpret alarms and read line data. * Address rejections and line instability for BMS. * Open Service Requests (SS). **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Machine Operator in industry; * Availability to work rotating shifts (3 x 3 \- day shift).
