Moreover, the ability to manage teams, resolve problems, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations are fundamental requirements. Key responsibilities of the Logistics Warehouse Supervisor include: - Managing and supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and organization of material flow. - Coordinating and leading work teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Implementing and monitoring inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and continuous updating of stock data. - Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and applicable regulations. - Resolving logistical and operational issues, minimizing disruptions and bottlenecks in the supply process. - Developing and implementing strategies to optimize warehouse space and resource utilization. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
