* Perform tire mounting, dismounting, pressure adjustment, and balancing for trucks and trailers. * Conduct visual and technical inspections to identify irregular wear, cuts, bulges, and other damages. * Carry out repairs and vulcanization when applicable, in accordance with safety and quality standards. * Perform tire rotation and basic alignment according to schedule and technical guidance. * Monitor and record tire inventory, retreads, and disposals, ensuring traceability. * Maintain and care for tools and equipment in the tire shop, ensuring organization and cleanliness of the work environment. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies, use of PPE, and internal procedures. * Support the maintenance team in tire inspections during preventive fleet checks. * Immediately report any anomalies or safety risks identified in tires or vehicles.
