Apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform operational processing routines related to system maintenance, IT service delivery, and shared services, following defined processes; * Provide user support and guidance regarding processes, procedures, and critical IT incidents, clarifying doubts, collecting information, and recording relevance to resolve issues; * Conduct and monitor physical and virtual server monitoring, control equipment availability, corporate systems, and industrial processes per documented procedures, maintaining an intact environment to ensure continuity of IT services, and alerting internal and external responsible parties in case of unavailability; * Print graphic files requested by all departments, inspect the printing process, classify printed materials, and replenish printers as needed; * Update documentation for procedures and new system usage, monitoring updates to existing documentation; * Manage the backup and data recovery process for the unit's servers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Availability to work 6 hours daily on night and early-morning shifts, including weekends and holidays (on a rotating schedule); * Must reside in Farroupilha/RS; **Additional Information** * Location: Farroupilha/RS * Work format: On-site Our story has been built over 50 years, driven by simplicity and collaboration from hands that, at every step, imprint their love for everything they do!
