Job Summary: The professional will support the quality management system by inspecting products and processes, monitoring non-conformities, and assisting in document control. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork, innovation, and commitment to excellence. * Verify whether internal procedures are being followed as planned and aligned with quality standards and requirements. * Identify failures, deviations, and issues in processes or products. * Generate reports and document findings—including strengths, weaknesses, and suggestions—for presentation to company leadership. * Develop recommendations to correct identified issues and optimize processes. * Confirm whether recommended corrective and preventive actions have been properly implemented. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the quality management system by inspecting products and processes, monitoring non-conformities, and assisting in document and record control. * Inspect finished products and raw materials to ensure compliance with company standards. Verify compliance of services and internal and third-party procedures * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferred: Knowledge of tools such as the Ishikawa diagram (fishbone diagram), Pareto chart, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and the 8D methodology. * Reading and interpretation skills to read and interpret technical drawings, inspection reports, and reports. * Knowledge of measurement techniques. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for creating charts and reports. * Ability to inspect products, monitor production, and verify process and input compliance. **Additional Information**### **About Obispa:** With a strong presence in the Brazilian market for over 35 years, Obispa began its journey in fashion, manufacturing metal accessories for leather goods and footwear.
