Opportunity in food production line We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile professional to join our production line. You will be responsible for ensuring that our pecan nuts and dried fruits are selected, weighed, and packaged with excellence, guaranteeing that the end customer receives a safe and visually impeccable product. **Main Responsibilities** * **Processing and Selection:** Perform visual inspection of walnuts and dried fruits, ensuring only products meeting quality standards are packaged. * **Filling and Weighing:** Operate precision scales for manual filling and bagging, strictly adhering to specified weight requirements. * **Packaging Completion:** Seal, close, and label jars and plastic packaging in a standardized manner. * **Work Area Organization:** Assemble shipping boxes, organize pallets, and maintain a clean work environment, following food safety regulations (GMP \- Good Manufacturing Practices). * **Quality Control:** Identify and report any irregularities in packaging or raw materials to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Profile:** Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team. * **Hygiene:** Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is considered a plus. * **Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand throughout the shift and perform repetitive motions. * **Desirable:** Prior experience in food production lines or related areas.
