We are looking for a **Junior Occupational Safety Technician** to support area routines and contribute to promoting a safe environment across our units.
This position is ideal for those who wish to grow their career in this field, with continuous learning, hands-on experience, and direct exposure to various operational realities.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the SESMT team in routine activities across Soprano units.
* Conduct safety inspections of machinery, equipment, and work environments.
* Assist in controlling, distributing, and organizing PPEs, providing guidance to employees.
* Support the delivery of training sessions, onboarding programs, and safety campaigns.
* Contribute to recording and monitoring accidents, incidents, and occurrences.
* Assist in organizing documentation and records (PGR, PCMSO, PPP, etc.).
* Support preventive actions and continuous improvement plans.
* Participate in audits and inspections, providing support for area-related requests.
* Work on a rotational basis, supporting different units as needed.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education and a certified Technical Course in Occupational Safety.
* Initial experience or internship in the field will be considered an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs).
* Interest in learning and professional development in the field of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
