Proactive, communicative profile with a results-oriented mindset An exclusive distributor in the cosmetics sector is hiring a Sales Demonstrator under a permanent CLT employment contract, with on-site work in the West Zone and North Zone of Rio de Janeiro (Jacarepaguá). **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for promoting brand products across multiple sales points, conducting demonstrations, approaching customers, and boosting sales through personalized service. Also includes restocking and organizing products, participating in training sessions, and collecting consumer feedback. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Prior experience in this role and within the cosmetics industry is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive, communicative, results-oriented profile and strong interpersonal skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 1.750,00 + Performance Bonus ranging from R$100.00 to R$1,000.00 **Benefits:** - Transportation Allowance - Meal Allowance - Bonus (after 3 months) **Notes:** Availability to work at various sales points (pharmacies, drugstores, and perfumeries) and participate in ongoing brand product training sessions is required.
