With an environment that breathes design, technology, and sophistication, the company seeks a talent to join its administrative-finance structure. **About the role** The professional will be responsible for recording the store’s asset flow and optimizing inbound and outbound merchandise processes. Responsibilities * **Cash Flow Management:** Monitor and control inflows and outflows of funds, ensuring accuracy of entries and daily financial reconciliation; * **Inventory Intelligence:** Supervise merchandise flow (receipt, storage, and dispatch). * **Process Design and Auditing:** Analyze current workflows, propose improvements, and design new processes to enhance operational security and agility. * **Scenario Analysis:** Prepare management reports explaining the "why" behind the numbers, supporting executive decision-making based on data and market trends. * **Strategic Interface:** Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure the product journey—from purchase through delivery to the end customer—is flawless. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (final year) in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; * Experience: Prior experience in finance, controller functions, or inventory management; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level); * Familiarity with management systems (ERP); * Analytical mindset, proactive attitude toward continuous learning (lifelong learning), attention to detail, and strong communication skills to clearly explain complex processes.
