




Description: * Higher education completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Management Processes or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Office Suite; * Experience in logistical support area is desirable; * Availability from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, and occasional Saturdays when necessary; * Provide full support to delivery operations, including daily monitoring of the in-house fleet team via the performaxxi system and third-party teams via WhatsApp communication during both shifts (morning and afternoon); * Interface with the Warehouse to ensure daily restocking, guiding the checker/operator regarding shipment loading and vehicle plate to be loaded; * Responsible for billing restocking deliveries and issuing correction letters when necessary; * Reissuance of sales invoices when necessary; * Coordinate with Sales regarding delivery information to expedite unloading at customer locations and resolve potential issues; * Perform freight-related processes, including direct contact with carriers, entering CTes into the GKO system and forwarding them to the fiscal department, sending shipment lists for CTes issuance, and when necessary, directly contacting carriers' accountants to clarify any doubts related to requests; * Contact customers when necessary regarding deliveries; * Responsible for completing delivery control spreadsheets and freight payment records; * Responsible for managing damage control and redeliveries en route until successful delivery to the customer. 2511230202461884729
