Job Summary: This professional will support the development and updating of production routing sheets, collaborate on optimizing methods and processes, and participate in continuous improvement projects in production. Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development, registration, and updating of production routing sheets by verifying product development information and/or product modifications, entering data on times, tooling, fixtures, machines, and material consumption, and describing steps, procedures, and setups — all to enhance production performance and support product cost calculations. * Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve issues related to methods, processes, and continuous improvement. * Support production chronometric analysis by identifying time and motion measurement records for operations, evaluating method execution, pace, difficulty level, and physical effort — aiming to identify unnecessary motions, assess and control product costs, and optimize the production process. * Participate in departmental projects by conducting studies, simulations, and tests, and gathering data and information to contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of improvements/innovations in the production process. * Develop, maintain, and implement work instructions by analyzing and describing process steps, identifying risks, and specifying required personal protective equipment and/or materials — to standardize and document activities. * Perform Workplace Management (GPT), monitoring and/or collecting information from personnel to identify opportunities for improvement aimed at increasing productivity, resolving problems, and/or enhancing operational efficiency. * Train employees on processes, work instructions, and other relevant documents pertaining to the department, as well as methods and processes. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations, as well as workplace organization and cleanliness within the assigned area. * Perform additional duties consistent with the nature and complexity of the position, respecting scope of responsibility, as required by the department and/or immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Higher Education — Engineering and/or related fields. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance; Comprehensive dental plan; On-site medical, dental, and outpatient care; Meals (internal cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Transportation allowance; Comprehensive life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; 15-minute daily reduction in working hours; Various partnerships (nutritional and psychological support, plus medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, mini-market, kiosk, soccer fields, and sand volleyball court); Company products available at special prices.
