Pay attention to deadlines! **Responsibilities and duties** * Receive service requests, analyzing them together with the Maintenance Coordinator and scheduling service dates; * Develop the service schedule, discussing priorities with the immediate supervisor to expedite service delivery; * Assign maintenance tasks to the team according to the nature and urgency of the work to be performed; * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, hydraulic, and civil works installations at MTC, distributing, guiding, and monitoring subordinates’ work to accelerate tasks and achieve established objectives; * Support subordinates in identifying more complex issues (substation, boiler, electrical panels, etc.), advising and suggesting the best approach to accelerate work and foster the development of involved professionals; * Receive and forward material, parts, and product purchase requests for approval and procurement, analyzing and discussing actual needs; * Prepare work schedules, days off, and vacation plans for the team, considering departmental needs and legal requirements, to align service execution with staff availability; * Coordinate small construction projects, developing activity timelines—including electrical and hydraulic components—following specific project guidelines to achieve optimal results; * Provide support to third-party companies executing construction/maintenance work, preventing execution errors or damage to facilities through interpretation of projects and diagrams; * Implement and ensure compliance with the strategic plan of the area, developing appropriate tactical planning; * Promote interaction between the area and related departments, implementing actions that rationalize ongoing work to optimize results for the benefit of MTC; * Assist in developing operational procedures for the area; * Monitor, verify, and receive maintenance services performed by third parties; * Establish and propose an annual maintenance shutdown schedule, considering courses, events, and other factors; * Maintain the workplace, equipment, tools, and materials clean and organized to ensure good usage conditions, properly storing waste generated during activities in designated containers and locations, preserving safety, occupational health, and environmental aspects; * Interact courteously and professionally with Club members and visitors, providing information and guidance upon request to assist them and promote a positive image of employees and MTC; * Perform duties according to instructions and priorities set by the supervisor, in accordance with area procedures and company Safety, Environment, and Quality standards; * Identify and report all irregularities found—not only within one’s own work area but also difficulties with members—to the immediate supervisor so appropriate interventions and corrections can be made; * Always wear the uniform and maintain appropriate conduct consistent with the role performed; * Perform other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education * Technical education in building and electrical installations and/or related fields is desirable. * Experience in people management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Knowledge:** * Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and diagrams; * Electricity and Hydraulics. **Additional information** **Benefits** * Meals provided at the company * Basic food basket (food and hygiene items) * Transportation (no salary deductions) * Payroll-deductible loan: partnership with a bank facilitating payroll-deductible loan applications * Life insurance * Birthday gift * Funeral assistance **Health and well-being:** * Co-payment health plan * Co-payment dental plan * Psicologia Viva (online psychological counseling platform) * Basic health check-up and influenza vaccination **Family care** * Baby kit * School supplies for employees and dependents * Children’s Day and Christmas parties and gifts * Partnerships with universities and English language schools One of Brazil’s most traditional and modern socio-sports clubs, operating across four pillars: education, leisure, culture, and sports.
