Perform diagnostic, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance services on vehicles according to procedures pre\-established by the manufacturer and/or Enzo Group, aiming to solve mechanical issues while ensuring service quality within the business unit. * Perform technical diagnostics on vehicles to define the scope of required services; * Ensure the integrity and preservation of received vehicles as well as customers' belongings; * Execute mechanical and electrical services, ensuring all safety procedures are followed; * Ensure customer satisfaction regarding contracted services; * Ensure speed, quality, and safety in executed services, avoiding rework.
