Join us as we continue delighting our customers and communities.* Apply today! **Job Description*** Be responsible for technical activities related to the environmental area. * Lead and/or participate in projects requiring advanced technical and specific knowledge, performing analyses, developing and proposing improvements, and solving existing demands. * Perform technical coordination of personnel, conducting training sessions. * Technically manage all activities aimed at establishing rules and criteria for the implementation of specific environmental processes for the company's operations and its branches/units, contributing to standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness of internal organizational processes. * Act as an internal consultant for the company's stores/units regarding internal store/unit processes, providing internal support and guidance to ensure compliance with established procedures. * Conduct audits at the group's branches. * Responsible for managing the group's volunteer program. * Handle licensing applications and renewals for operating licenses and other necessary permits. * Monitor and fulfill conditions specified in operating licenses. * Identify and implement best practices related to the environmental area. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:48. **Prerequisites*** Bachelor’s degree completed in Environmental Management, Environmental Technology, or related fields; * Knowledge in environmental areas, licensing, and process control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Valid driver's license (Class B).
