We are looking for a professional to manage the Business Unit, implementing and executing area processes. Will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in service within the Food segment. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services within their unit, ensuring excellence in customer service, always in compliance with contractual agreements; * Analyze and monitor the full set of qualitative and quantitative results within their scope in order to optimize the operation of the business unit, capable of developing action plans, creating strategies, and innovating initiatives that enhance unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for the annual planning and creation of the unit's budget, ensuring it is met and improved throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task coordination. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Work in a large-scale corporate operation, with an average daily volume of 1,300 meals. Key Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Previous experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Own vehicle (desirable).
