We are looking for a **Junior Talent Attraction & Selection Analyst** to contribute to Soprano’s recruitment and selection processes. This role plays a vital part in managing recruitment processes—especially for operational positions—ensuring organization, agility, and a positive candidate experience.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Manage recruitment processes for operational positions—from resume screening through final-stage follow-up.
* Schedule interviews, conduct initial interviews, and administer behavioral assessment tools.
* Support recruitment processes for strategic-level positions in collaboration with the HR team.
* Maintain up-to-date records and tracking of recruitment processes, ensuring organization, vacancy monitoring, and data quality.
* Support talent attraction initiatives, contributing to strengthening employer branding.
* Assist in building relationships with universities, educational institutions, recruitment consultancies, and recruitment platforms.
* Contribute to organizing and maintaining talent databases and candidate pipelines.
* Provide support to managers and Business Partners on recruitment-related requests.
* Support HR department activities and projects, helping drive continuous process improvement.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (completed or in progress).
* Prior experience in recruitment and selection—especially with operational hiring processes.
* Knowledge of competency-based interviewing and psychological assessment tools.
* Strong interpersonal skills across departments and a strong focus on candidate experience.
