




Join the Passarela team! **Your responsibilities will be:** Have thorough knowledge of the products produced and sold in the bakery department, as well as the regulations and requirements from health inspection/SIM/SIE for the Bakery sector; Plan, organize and coordinate product replenishment in appropriate locations within the bakery to ensure product quality is showcased and items are commercialized within standard timeframes (rotation); Be responsible for product pricing, expiration dates, and stock verification/inventory; Ensure production adheres to Passarela standards (technical specifications and display); Supervise and mediate relationships between employees and between employees and customers; Define, together with the store manager, the necessary staffing levels, schedules, and number of employees, taking into account seasonal flow (hourly/weekly/monthly); Daily pursuit of reducing product losses and damages caused by handling errors, lack of attention during handling, temperature issues, receiving problems, among others; Maintain constant quality requirements during product receiving; Comply and enforce all goods movement procedures, ensuring reliable inventory control, preventing losses, stockouts, and other damages; Preserve machinery and equipment used in the department, ensuring preventive maintenance; Provide support to your work team; Work with HR on hiring new staff for the department and training new employees; Conduct performance follow-up for each new employee during their probation period; Prepare work schedules for teams under your responsibility and submit them to the store manager in the week prior to the start of the month for approval; Manage employees' working hours; Hold team meetings to review results and define actions; Issue warnings, suspensions, or dismissals when necessary, according to company policies; Monitor sales indicators for your area, breakage rates, and set measurable and achievable tasks and goals for your team, ensuring compliance; Continuously seek department growth, team motivation, and customer satisfaction; Demonstrate teamwork by providing assistance wherever needed. , **Job requirements:** Minimum 2 years as Bakery Coordinator Assistant or 1 year as team leader **Skills:** Good communication, organization; interpersonal skills; emotional balance; result orientation; innovation and agility.
