Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lathe Operator specializing in machining to work integrally within production processes, with a focus on technical data, drawings, and continuous improvement. A constant learning environment and interaction with major clients. **Job: Lathe Operator – 1071** **Location:** Montenegro/RS **Area:** Machining / Tooling We are looking for a **Lathe Operator** with machining experience who is interested in working integrally within production processes, paying attention to technical data, drawings, and continuous improvement. The professional will be practically involved in part control as well as administrative tasks and customer service. ️ **Responsibilities** * Interpret technical drawings and process specifications. * Update and follow process sheets for the main machined parts. * Monitor tool consumption and report deviations or excesses. * Support per-part cost control, identifying possible variations. * Conduct technical tests on tools and processes, recording results. * Maintain organization of the workstation, tools, and materials. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in machining processes. * Support inventory counts and control of non-moving materials when required. * Provide technical support to customers, resolving queries and assisting as needed. **Requirements** * Technical or technological education in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or related fields. * Proven experience in machining, including operation of lathes (conventional and/or CNC) and milling machines. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and basic metrology. * Familiarity with process control and continuous improvement concepts. * Basic Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * English: basic level (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in tooling and high-volume machining environments. * Experience conducting tool testing and process optimization. * Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail. **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM** **Salary: R$ 3.500 to R$ 4.500** **Benefits** Meal Voucher: R$ 16.00 per day; Transportation Voucher; Health Insurance (co-payment plan, effective after 90-day probation period); Dental Insurance; Life Insurance; Gympass; Study Grant; SESC Membership. **Why Apply?** A constant learning environment and interaction with major clients Opportunity for technical development and recognition **Interested in this job?
