




Description: * People management; * Agile methodologies and project management; * Practical experience and functional knowledge of integrated corporate systems (ERP such as SAP, TOTVS, Primus, Oracle EBS; CRM such as Salesforce; BI platforms), including modules, integrations, and customizations; * Information security; * Postgraduate degree completed or COBIT / ITIL certification desirable. * Coordinate system analysis processes at the tactical level, being responsible for planning, identifying problems, evaluating implemented solutions, discussing, proposing, and defining improvement actions and process qualification, aiming to meet demands and contribute to the strategic objectives of the unit/company; * Manage people, monitoring performance, delegating responsibilities, providing feedback, defining staffing plans, hiring, dismissals, promotions, performance evaluations, vacation scheduling, and other related activities; * Ensure necessary resources are available for teams to carry out their activities within parameters defined by the company; * Jointly with the immediate supervisor, administer the organization’s corporate system, its database, integrations, and management of the company’s administrative, technical, and managerial processes; * Diagnose needs for implementing changes in the company’s corporate system; * Propose and implement new IT solutions, identifying supply options, technically evaluating proposals together with the infrastructure manager and supervisor, and subsequently testing and monitoring new and/or modified systems, working jointly with users to assess performance and improvements; * Coordinate contact with vendors of software used in company administration, including contracts, support, and implementation of improvements; * Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating procedures related to processes under their responsibility; * Identify potential suppliers and contract external services when necessary, monitoring service delivery; * Support business areas in developing key users; * Lead demand and systems project portfolio management, covering requirement capture, analysis and refinement, prioritization, internal team delivery capacity assessment, identification and management of external resources, and budgetary control, aiming to optimize resource allocation and maximize the value delivered by IT solutions; * Be directly accountable for results of areas under their responsibility, taking actions to ensure achievement of established objectives. 2512280202491769205
