Problem solving and category analysis Account Analyst / Account Executive – Private Labels **Lajeado/RS** | Hybrid (4 days onsite + 1 day remote) About the Role Strategic engagement as the **link between retail and manufacturing industries**, with focus on portfolio management, private label development, performance indicator analysis, and resolution of complex demands. Responsibilities * Portfolio management of clients; * Prospecting regional manufacturers; * Ongoing relationship management with clients and partners; * Monitoring of KPIs (Sell-in, Sell-out, Inventory, Margin Gap, and Lead Time); * Resolution of issues between manufacturers and retailers; * Leading **private label development projects**, from category analysis through to launch; * Coordinating service flow with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Technical, Legal); * Category analysis to identify opportunities for new products; * Negotiation with manufacturers (costs, taxes, volumes, minimum production quantities, delivery timelines, and commercial terms); * Ensuring clear communication regarding demand status; * Conducting and presenting weekly follow-up meetings. Requirements * Experience in commercial roles and knowledge of retail operations; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; * Analytical capability and decision-making skills; * Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills; * Active listening and professional demeanor. Work Model * 4 days onsite at client location * 1 day remote work * Based in **Lajeado/RS** Compensation * **R$ 5,000 to R$ 5,500**, up to **R$ 6,000**, depending on experience.
