We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities: * Carry out various operational and routine tasks, solving simple problems. * Keep information updated and work area documents organized. * Provide customer service and support, clarifying doubts regarding health insurance plans. * Perform patient admissions and package sales. * Conduct various types of services, from wound dressings to outpatient reports. * Perform account closing by issuing invoices and processing charges. * Ensure proper negotiation reconciliation with issued invoices. * Verify documentation in patient records after discharge, transfers from other hospitals, or deaths, and forward them to supervision. * Assist in authorizing visitors and monitor patients moving to beds, as well as support other reception duties within the institution.
