Responsible for managing the areas of Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Laboratory and Research \& Development, ensuring compliance with legal standards and applicable certifications. Work with regulatory agencies and certification bodies (Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Mines and Energy, IBAMA, FEPAM), ensuring process compliance, product safety, as well as participation in copacker qualification regarding food quality and safety and mitigation of environmental requirements. Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives for processes and systems, promoting sustainability, consumer expectations and the company's strategic objectives. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage the Quality Control, R\&D, Environment and Laboratory team, ensuring transparent feedback for team members' development through people management practices and follow-up agendas. * Be accountable for the management and control of the department's budget. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety and environmental regulations. * Guarantee maintenance of international certifications (e.g.: FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001\), conducting internal and external audits according to applicable requirements. * Ensure manufacturing safety of product portfolios and industrial processes, contributing to product, packaging and labeling development, monitoring and evaluating results. * Conduct copacker and supplier qualifications. * Promote a culture of compliance and good practices, guiding and engaging operational teams. * Minimize environmental impacts through area management resources and legal and sustainable guidelines. * Foster innovation in products and processes, ensuring packaging quality within food safety standards and conditions. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, acting as technical representative before official agencies and guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements. * Ensure food safety by implementing and maintaining GMP, HACCP and traceability programs throughout the production chain. * Control product quality by monitoring indicators, laboratory tests and non-conformities from raw materials to the end consumer. * Manage environmental and operational risks by analyzing impacts, monitoring processes and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Lead continuous improvement projects, promoting process standardization, loss reduction and increased perceived quality. * Ensure analytical and laboratory control by structuring methodologies. * Analyze technical and economic feasibility of new products, participate in project ideation committees, and manage registration and documentation of new products. * Perform other activities related to the area of responsibility, aligned with corporate policies and contributing to the achievement of Fruki Bebidas' strategic objectives. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical/Industrial or Food Engineering. * Completed postgraduate degree/Specialization in Brewing Master, Environmental Management, Human Resources Management, or Food Technology. * Experience in water, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (having worked with beer is essential). * Extensive experience in people management, Environmental Management tools 14001, R\&D – Sensory Analysis and Product Development, Food and Beverage Programs and Certifications, Food Technology, Physicochemical and Microbiology, project and budget management. * Knowledge of Beverage Processes, Food Safety, Cost Management and Data-Driven Management. * We are looking for an adaptable person with a sense of urgency, leadership, systemic vision and decision-making skills. * Availability to work at manufacturing plants in Lajeado and Paverama. * Availability for travel (trade shows, events, training). * Availability to work from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (category B). **Additional information** **LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS:** Free cafeteria; Food allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Unimed Health Plan; Uniodonto dental plan; Free life insurance; Study grant; Education assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Support channel; Pharmacy discount program; Discounts on Fruki product purchases; Agreements with selected universities.
