Plans, coordinates, and supervises maintenance services for the company's facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance of the truck fleet, equipment used in warehouse departments (refrigerated, frozen, and dry), and building facilities, ensuring proper operation and seeking strategic improvements according to demands. Requests necessary internal and external resources (labor, equipment, etc.), monitors service execution, and evaluates its proper completion. Requests purchases of required materials for maintenance services according to scheduled plans or needs. Completes necessary documentation, includes corresponding purchase orders, and forwards them to finalize the request. Supervises the correct use of PPE, equipment, and tools by the team, requests their maintenance and replacement when necessary, trains subordinates, participates in personnel actions (selection, promotions, dismissals), and ensures order, cleanliness, and discipline in the area to enhance performance and contribute to departmental and company results. Prepares reports and performance indicators for presentation to superiors and updates technical assessments of equipment for control and use. Participates in meetings with other departments to discuss results, action plans, resource needs and support, technical assistance, preventive maintenance planning, etc., aiming to achieve better outcomes in their area of responsibility, as well as being responsible for organizing area resources and managing the work team. **In the fleet supply sector:** coordinates the work team, manages fuel quotation and purchasing, and controls quantities used by each refueled vehicle. In the Plant: Plans and supervises negotiations for used oil collection points for biodiesel production. Minimum of 6 months of experience required.
