This includes setting up and adjusting the machine—defining parameters such as temperature, speed, and pressure—to ensure production quality and efficiency. They will be essential throughout your selection process **\#Fruki!** ****We value diversity and welcome everyone! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate machines in the dry area following established instructions and procedures to produce packaged goods according to provided specifications; * Make necessary machine adjustments—including temperature, speed, and pressure—to ensure production quality and efficiency; * Feed the machine with raw materials, preforms, caps, and other required materials according to production demand; * Conduct regular machine inspections and monitor the production process to identify potential issues or deviations; * Resolve technical and operational problems arising during production, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity; * Monitor and ensure equipment delivery and technological functionality; * Perform quality tests on finished products, verifying appearance, dimensions, and other characteristics against established specifications; * Record production data—including quantities produced, cycle times, unplanned stoppages, and other relevant information; * Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on the machine—such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement—to ensure optimal operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or completed a technical course in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Preferred: Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Experience operating industrial machinery; * Basic computer and Excel knowledge; * Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 12:36 AM or from 9:00 PM to 6:15 AM, including a 1-hour break, and weekends when required. **Additional Information** LEARN ABOUT OUR BENEFITS: Free cafeteria; Attendance bonus; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Unimed health plan; Uniodonto dental plan; Free life insurance; Scholarship program; Education assistance; Wellhub (Gympass); Employee support channel; Pharmacy discount program; Partnership agreements with selected universities.
