Perform activities related to identification, diagnosis, resolution, and monitoring of incidents/service requests in technical support for users of information technology services, in accordance with predefined standards. Provide initial support and/or escalate specific technical requests when necessary. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and applications in accordance with predefined standards. Assist with backup procedures, disk space management, user registration/deletion, and file organization and maintenance. Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to your area. Assist in tracking the status of information technology management services. Manage inventory of materials within your area.
