We are recognized with the **Great Place to Work (GPTW)** certification for five consecutive years, reaffirming our commitment to a welcoming, diverse, innovative, and growth-oriented workplace. **Position: Unit Consultant** **Main Responsibilities:** * In-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Scheduling and confirming sessions; * Selling and reselling laser hair removal packages; * Opening and closing the unit; * Processing payments and managing the reception area; * Supporting unit administrative routines; * Ensuring excellent service to our customers. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on weekends according to schedule; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a plus; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus. **No experience in this field?
