




Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and controlling shipments and routes; performing follow-ups; issuing documents; handling incidents; and contributing to process improvements. Support fleet management and logistics processes **Responsibilities:** * Schedule, monitor, and control shipments, routes, and delivery deadlines; * Track pickups and deliveries with drivers and partners; * Issue transportation documents and verify documentation; * Handle incidents, deviations, and complaints, proposing corrective actions; * Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery performance, deadlines, costs); * Support fleet management and preventive maintenance; * Interface with customers and the commercial team to align requirements; * Contribute to improvements in logistics and operational processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or operations; * Knowledge of route planning and shipment control is a plus; * Strong communication skills, organization, and results orientation; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Availability for on-site work in Farroupilha/RS.
