




**Description:** Prepare culture media, solutions and other materials required for microbiological analyses. Prepare slides and perform microscopy readings, immediately reporting any non-conforming results to the responsible departments. Perform ATP (swab) analyses to validate sanitation processes in packaging lines and equipment, when necessary. Conduct microbiological analyses on juices, wines and derivatives, according to current legislation and internal procedures. Interpret and record microbiological analysis results, releasing compliant products jointly with the Sector Analyst. Hold and forward non-compliant products for reanalysis, working with the technical team on final evaluation. Perform environmental monitoring tests and records, communicating results to the involved departments. Carry out water potability analyses in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Handle additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Replace the Sector Analyst during their legal absences. Apply Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, contributing to strengthening the food safety culture. Work on activities involving chemicals and flammable materials, in accordance with NR-20. Ensure compliance with food safety, legality, integrity and product quality requirements, reinforcing the organizational culture focused on excellence. **Compensation Notes:** Not specified
