Join us as we continue delighting our customers and communities.* Apply today! **Job Responsibilities** * Organize administrative processes and financial controls within the department; * Manage administrative workflows and maintenance procedures; * Monitor and control maintenance-related expenses and expenditures for stores; * Execute administrative processes, completing reports and spreadsheets for maintenance department control; * Generate reports, charts, and dashboards for maintenance management; * Organize invoices and maintain related records; * Propose improvements to administrative and operational processes within the maintenance department; * Oversee preventive maintenance for machines, equipment, and facilities across the GROUP; * Prepare budgets and issue purchase requests via the system; * Conduct necessary assessments for the annual maintenance budget; * Manage the ticket-generation system, assigning tasks to the maintenance team; * Support coordination, management, and leadership with maintenance department data; * Collaborate with coordination on the generation and control of the maintenance budget; * Facilitate integration between the maintenance department and other GROUP departments; * Enforce, guide, and encourage the maintenance team regarding compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; * Conduct activities in accordance with established occupational safety procedures, using PPE when required. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electrotechnology, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with maintenance control and management routines; * Willingness to work onsite in Lajeado/RS.
