Develop and maintain up-to-date BI dashboards with business economic information and indicators, including both internal data (Sell-In) and external data (Sell-Out), managing dashboards according to data changes and period-end closings via available BI platforms, Management Systems, ERP, and economic scenario monitoring—including articles, news, and competitors. Ensure data quality and integration from multiple sources by analyzing the brand’s and group’s business plans, generating reports and analyzing daily or segmented results as required, to support management decision-making. Consolidate Evviva reseller economic information and indicators using BI tools and brand-specific systems (Income Statement, Cash Flow, Serasa Score, Store Systems, Excellence Program), obtaining resellers’ financial reports, extracting sales data, analyzing performance indicators, gathering necessary information from related departments and area supervision to ensure data accuracy. Collect and consolidate data for monthly performance reports, goal achievement tracking, and other deliverables, leveraging BI tools to generate reports and analyze data, reviewing structures and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborate with commercial supervisors, supporting them with information and techniques aimed at improving reseller performance and mitigating delinquency risks, proposing corrective and/or preventive actions whenever necessary. Support budget management for leadership through continuous indicator analysis and adherence to planned targets. Capture and analyze data to underpin and suggest actions for increasing sales and market share—such as consumer profiles and habits, expansion potential, etc.—while also identifying business risks and opportunities. Provide technical and operational guidance to teams and other company areas regarding processes within this function. Engage in processes and tools designed to minimize delinquency risk across Evviva’s reseller network, as well as any potential need for financial assistance, collecting and consolidating sufficient information to support decision-making. Identify and propose innovations and/or improvements to processes within this function, overseeing implementation and evaluating outcomes against defined objectives. Collaborate with commercial supervisors, supporting them with information and techniques aimed at improving reseller performance and mitigating delinquency risks, proposing corrective and/or preventive actions whenever necessary. Engage in processes and tools designed to minimize delinquency risk across Evviva’s reseller network, as well as any potential need for financial assistance, collecting and consolidating sufficient information to support decision-making. Develop technical solutions and/or innovations related to products, processes, and/or business operations within this function, identifying needs through problem analysis, benchmarking ideas against market practices and competitor innovation. Monitor indicators and projects in Scoreplan and commercial campaigns, updating the platform based on results and progress across strategic project phases. Comply with company policies, quality standards, and occupational safety procedures.
