Description: * Ongoing higher education in Marketing, Advertising and Publicity, Administration, Economics or related fields; * Availability for travel; * Class B driver's license (CNH B); * Proficiency in Office Suite; * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field or related areas. It will be a differentiator if: * Trade marketing; * Distribution channels; * Category management; * Point-of-sale activation; * Sales strategy. * Supervise the team at sales points, developing and guiding promoters on the execution and proper use of merchandising materials; * Check product placement on shelves stocked by promoters, identifying potential non-conformities and taking necessary actions regarding quality requirements, arrangement standards according to manufacturing sequence (FIFO), movement flow, and product expiration dates; * Record and report to coordination about promotional activities and merchandising materials used by competitors, as well as any exceptional situations occurring at sales points, aiming for monitoring and appropriate actions; * Provide support in organizing point-of-sale (PDV) related events, ensuring organization, promotion, and necessary infrastructure for smooth operation and visitor/participant service; * Structure, define, and/or validate with the sales department the distribution and routing plan for promoter teams, meeting established demands; * Sort and distribute merchandising materials to promoter and sales teams, monitoring their application at sales points. * Execute Sell Out strategies in the sales channel, contributing to the commercial department achieving established targets; * Distribute necessary materials for implementing promotional actions; * Analyze adherence to commercial/trade actions and incentive campaigns; * Present results of incentive campaigns to promotion and sales teams through periodic meetings; * Assist in negotiating additional spaces and placements with sales point managers; * Perform tasks related to control of resources, benefits, routes, and vacations for sales promoters; * Comply with food safety requirements. 2510250202201756140
