Ensuring Operational Safety and Efficiency **Job Description:** **Position:** Forklift Operator **Location:** Ponta Grossa \- PR **Job Responsibilities:** Perform tasks as required by respective departments to ensure timely loading according to customer-defined profiles; perform pick sorting (Full Pallets), fulfill customer-specific demand, and enhance Case Fill delivery efficiency; maintain GMP and 5S standards across all areas. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating mobile equipment — LPG-powered combustion forklifts and electric STAND-UP forklifts — to handle finished goods, sort loads, receive production pallets, replenish areas (fractional MOV, s), and execute vehicle loading and dispatch; responsible for internal (warehouse) and external pallet handling (loading), ensuring operational efficiency. What Are We Looking For? * High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. * Forklift Operator Certification (NR 11\). * Valid Brazilian Driver’s License (CNH) Categories B, D, or E. * Intermediate-level Office Suite and SAP proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Forklift Operator. * Availability to work on a 6x2 rotating schedule and shift work. * Experience in Load Handling. * We seek an innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills who prioritizes the well-being of our end consumers. What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities? * Perform product sorting, including full and fractional pallets; * Ensure work conduct aligned with the five core principles (Quality, Responsibility, Mutuality, Efficiency, and Freedom); * Maintain productive consistency across activities: finished goods handling, pick sorting (load separation), and Put-away (storage of production); * Manage functional technical skills through rotation among routine tasks: operation of LPG equipment (combustion forklift) and electric equipment (STAND-UP); * Ensure mobile equipment and supporting resources (e.g., CHECK\-LIST) are properly evaluated; * Conduct effective shift handovers at shift start and end, on-site; * Implement Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during vehicle loading and unloading; * Comply with OPA, Golden Rules, and all SES-related procedures; * Manage rational use of materials applied in rework or loading, e.g., slip sheets, * Corrugated cardboard, stretch film, and chapatex (3 Rs – Reduce, Reuse, Recycle); * Operate mobile equipment (combustion forklifts and electric STAND-UP forklifts) safely; * Comply with GMP/BPAT (Good Warehousing Practices); * Drive efficiency in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, per target; * Actively support 5S implementation across the entire Logistics area; * Support reduction of product damage to acceptable levels; * Ensure shift handover compliance as described in Chapter 4, Article 4\.6 — Associate Guide; * Ensure adherence to loading area procedures (Workplace Transport Improvements) — enhancements to workplace transportation.
