Job Objective** The primary responsibility of the Collections Operator is to contact delinquent customers, negotiate outstanding debts, and propose solutions enabling financial regularization, while maintaining a respectful relationship aligned with company guidelines and current legislation. **2. Main Responsibilities** * Conduct proactive and reactive contacts for overdue payments; * Negotiate payment terms, amounts, and methods; * Update customer registration data in the system; * Record contact information and agreements reached; * Issue invoices and forward negotiation proposals; * Monitor agreed-upon arrangements and control delinquency; * Meet individual and collective targets. **3. Requirements** **Education:** Completed high school (college enrollment preferred). **Experience:** Prior experience in collections, telemarketing, or customer service is considered an advantage. **Knowledge:** Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office suite, and management systems. **4.
