RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Develop critical analysis and execute processes related to health, safety, and the environment, as well as implement corresponding practices and controls; * Meticulously perform tasks involving recordkeeping, analysis, and report preparation, identifying improvement opportunities aligned with leadership guidance. Ensure all industrial areas and departments within the Smart Team are properly equipped with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), promoting awareness training aimed at preventing occupational accidents and hazards; * Ensure compliance with current legal regulations, including Regulatory Standards (NRs), consistently applying them in daily activities; * Actively participate in educational campaigns promoting workplace safety awareness, collaborating with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) during events such as the Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT) and Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS), fostering safe behaviors across the company and fulfilling labor legislation requirements; * Deliver occupational health and safety training to Smart employees using methods such as safety onboarding sessions, informative bulletins, and other approaches, aiming to prevent occupational accidents and diseases; * Collaborate with CIPA and area supervisors where accidents occurred to investigate and analyze incidents, using standardized forms to identify contributing factors and root causes. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety with ACTIVE REGISTRATION; * Prior experience with documentation and regulatory standards (NRs) issued by the Ministry of Labor; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Desired prior experience in industrial or manufacturing environments; commercial settings such as supermarkets or retail chains; and logistics areas; * Skill in developing procedures; * Forklift operator certification; * Knowledge of safety-related documentation required for e-Social.
