Then join our team! We are seeking a JUNIOR LOGISTICS ANALYST to directly oversee transportation operations managed by the COMPANY'S OWN FLEET, THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS, and AFFILIATED DRIVERS. This person will be responsible for activities such as trip monitoring, system updates, transport document issuance, communication with drivers, and cargo scheduling. The role is fundamental to strengthening cross-departmental integration, optimizing logistical performance, and ensuring more agile and strategy-aligned operational decisions. Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor transportation execution carried out by the FLEET, THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS, and AFFILIATED DRIVERS, ensuring all stages—from planning through service completion—proceed smoothly, on schedule, with control and quality, directly contributing to fleet performance and customer satisfaction. Monitor trip execution times and vehicle movements, flagging deviations, improvement opportunities, and anomalies to operations managers. Verify trips on client portals, checking transports and schedules against both planning and actual operations, while organizing and managing the department’s administrative schedules to ensure smooth logistics processes. Update internal systems with operational, financial, and fleet control data—including records of unloading and parking payments—as well as issuing and forwarding loading orders and scheduling notifications to clients. Communicate all necessary information to drivers—including schedules, routes, loading/unloading locations, and internal procedures—as per daily planning, aiming to control cargo availability and direct optimal fleet allocation. Support the logistics team in initiating damage and deviation reports, and assist communication across internal departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Maintenance. Support administrative logistics tasks, including controlling and sending transport documents (e.g., CTEs), delivery confirmations, service orders, and monthly envelopes to Finance and HR departments; additionally, assist in analyzing drivers’ monthly envelopes and monitoring internal fuel consumption. What We Expect From You: Attention to detail and accuracy in managing operational data—such as trip scheduling, transport records, and cargo movement. Proficiency in using logistics systems and fleet tracking platforms, transport documentation tools, and scheduling management systems.
