Organized work environment with growth opportunities JOB: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER – POLO WEAR Campos Gerais Plaza Responsibilities: * Support the store manager in daily administrative and operational activities * Lead, supervise, and develop the sales team * Ensure excellence in customer service and goal achievement * Monitor performance indicators (sales, average transaction value, conversion rate) * Assist in inventory control, goods receiving, and merchandise organization * Perform store opening and closing when required * Maintain store organization according to brand standards * Support scheduling, training, and providing feedback to the team Requirements: * Prior experience as an assistant store manager, team leader, or top-performing salesperson * Proactive, responsible, and organized personality * Strong communication and leadership skills * Flexible availability (shopping mall hours) * Aptitude for goal-oriented work and teamwork We Offer: * Competitive salary commensurate with the role * Commission * Organized work environment with growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.600,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
