If you identify with this vision, we want you to be part of our story! **What We Are Looking For:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields; * Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for spreadsheet management); * Strong writing skills and analytical ability; * Dynamic profile, attuned to digital trends, and focused on customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via chat, email, WhatsApp, social media, and sales platforms (e.g., Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon, Shopee). * Support internal staff with requests related to orders, deadlines, and e-commerce processes. * Monitor and respond to product and store reviews on marketplaces, maintaining high-quality relationship standards. * Monitor and respond to messages and interactions on Instagram (DMs, comments, mentions). * Track quality indicators on marketplaces (response SLA, NPS, cancellation rate, shipping deadlines, reviews). * Support mapping opportunities for improvement in the customer journey. * Prepare performance reports and share insights with management. **How to Apply:** Submit your resume at: https://trabalhe\-conosco.lojasmm.com.br/ **We're ready to meet you and build a successful future together!** Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2\.059,00 \- R$2\.060,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
